Are you ready to join the fun? Freeze dried candy is all the rage and we are obsoletely LOVEing it! If you love the candy from your youth but don’t like all the chewy, gummy, sticky ones that are hard to get out of your teeth. Then you have come to the right place!
Freeze drying uses a sublimation process that freezes the food, and while slowly warming it up vacuums out all the moisture. This process completely transforms some of our favorite candies into brand new delicious treats. The process Intensifies flavor and turns chewy treats into crunchy ones. I have discovered a whole new love of candy and I am sure you will too.
